Requirement: • Degree in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing • Passion for E-Commerce environment and digital trends. • Strong understanding of current E-Commerce trends and practices. • Strong knowledge of online store best practices, web navigation and usability principles • Solid Experience for international shipping and relation with overseas suppliers, leads, and customers. • Experience working on social media platforms - Facebook, InstaGram and SEO • Solid Social Media Advertisement knowledge • Experience & proven track record managing an e-commerce platform • Experience in selling digital or physical goods • Strong communication, writing and analytical skills • Ecommerce buying/ trading experience, preferably within the live streaming and online gaming products industry
Scope of Services: • Daily monitoring of incoming orders on Hubient Shop. • Tracking of packages from Supplier. • Coordinating with Suppliers for concerns and delivery dates. • Outsourcing and reviewing of new and existing products on-site. • Checking of emails for customer and Shopify updates. • Close coordination with internal Shop team and other Hubient departments, mainly Marketing. • Directly reporting to the Executive Officer for daily updates. • Looking into and establishing new opportunities for Hubient Shop. • Ensure marketing and website are aligned and to optimize lead generation and convert into sales. • Generate sales per month for every shop assigned per location. • Establishing and ensuring a systematic process and workflow of Hubient Shop.
