- Build and report on a regular basis about recruitment plans (Focusing on recruitment for PH, Australia, New Zealand and USA regions)
- Network with potential recruits/sponsors through professional groups on social media and during events (must have existing connections both local and international groups/companies)
- Collaborate with managers to set qualification criteria for future talents/employees
- Screen resumes, job and talent applications
- Conduct initial screening to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates via zoom for staffing
- Track recruitment metrics including time-to-recruit, time-to-fill and source of recruit
- Train and advise managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job/project openings
